TITLE: SharePoint Developer/Administrator
LOCATION: Chestnut Ridge, NY (might be open to El Segundo, CA or Thousand Oaks, CA). HYBRID or on-site

Position Summary and Responsibilities
This position will be tasked with application development and support for all production and non-production SharePoint servers within the internet, intranet, and extranet sites. Support the installation, configuration, deployment, security, operation, backup, and maintenance of all SharePoint servers and related software. The position will be a blend of working with all versions of SharePoint using many technologies like Nintex, Power Platform, SharePoint Designer, and migration tools like ShareGate. The Administrator role will perform root cause analysis for production issues in the applications, fix the problems and perform enhancements to prevent future application problems, and perform testing for application support and development-related activities. A self-motivated individual that can work independently and as part of a team is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the experience and discipline to take direction well and be able to work independently without direction when situations arise.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a related field and 5-10 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Strong interpersonal skills. Strong oral and written communication abilities with all levels of management, employees, and customers, ability to communicate and explain information efficiently
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
Reasoning Ability
Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique, and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions
