Position Summary and Responsibilities

The Report Analyst/Developer is responsible for the design and development of all OneStream reporting solutions for the Corporate finance department. In this role, a successful candidate would analyze and define customer requirements and design reports and dashboards to support business decisions.  After gaining experience within the OneStream XF application, the candidate may also work on the implementation of OneStream XF applications and the support of deployed applications.

• Generate ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report/dashboard information for end-users using system tools, stored procedures, and database or data warehouse queries and scripts
• Interact with business clients to understand, define, analyze, and deliver customer requirements
• Work on the daily maintenance, operations, and support of OneStream XF
• Analyze, evaluate and document OneStream development requests to understand and prioritize requests
• Discover, design, test, and implement new OneStream solutions and continuous improvement of current processes
• Troubleshoot issues, recommend alternative resolutions
• Support solution deployment and user training

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience:
• 2 – 4 years of in-depth experience in SSRS reporting or similar tools to create highly detailed reports and dashboards:
• Previous experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) development a plus:
• OneStream Administrator/Implementer training a plus:

Computer Skills

• Development of business rules, integration, dashboards, visualizations, and reports:
• Proven ability to develop functional and technical design specifications:
• Experience developing with SQL, .Net, VB.Net or Visual Basic and Excel:
• Experience writing robust automated scripting and batch processing a plus:
• Experience implementing and consuming APIs using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs, etc. a plus:
• Experience with other financial planning tools such as Oracle Hyperion, Essbase, TM1, Cognos, Adaptive, Planful is a plus:
