JOB SUMMARY
Oversees Help Desk staff and ensures that end users receive appropriate assistance.
Responsible for managing all procedures related to identification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and/or requests, including the monitoring, tracing, and coordination of Help Desk functions across the organization.
