Job Description
The Information Technology Analyst position is responsible for providing technical support and training to personal computer and PC network users. This position assists users in resolving problems with their PC’s using available hardware and software tools and engages users in determining potential future computer requirements. The Information Technology Analyst supports, installs, and maintains personal computers, local area networks, server hardware, operating systems, software, and related IT peripherals.
Essential Functions
Education
Associate’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical training; Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred.
Work Environment/Hours
A full-time non-exempt position working in the corporate office onsite in Calabasas. On-Call as needed.
