DURATION: This is an FTE/ Direct Hire position

SALARY: Depending on experience.  In addition, there’s a quarterly performance bonus.

Position

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for developing and executing an operating plan aligned with the Company’s vision and path to get there. The GM will develop the overall business plan and prioritize a strategic direction for the Company to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest, every time. From driving profitable revenue growth to creating a memorable guest experience journey to ensuring the right resources are available at the right time and location, the GM will be responsible for the total profit and loss (P&L) performance. In addition, the GM will provide strategic leadership in hiring the right talent in each of five strategic functions at all three facilities and lead their training, development, and performance commitments.

In this critical role, the GM will champion the company’s brand and culture by partnering with the founder, and CEO to help design and support his vision for profitable growth and long-term viability. As a builder and orchestrator of lasting change, the GM will focus on putting employees and contractors first while supporting the Company’s relationships with individual and organizational customers. The GM must be diligent, exceptionally organized, financially prudent in making critical investments, and exercise sound judgment and well-thought-out decisions. The GM will be the role model of the skills, knowledge, and behaviors the Company expects in all of its employees and contractors.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE

The GM role will encompass the following realm of responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall execution of the Company’s vision
• Complete P&L responsibility of the Company’s business model
• Day-To-Day ambassador of the Company’s culture and brand
• Translate the Company’s marketing campaigns into profitable growth
• Strategic B2B relationship satisfaction/deliver on commitments
• Coach/Mentor others in the execution of their role/responsibilities
• Model, the standards/behaviors Company, needs in others
• Implement Customer Advisory Board (CAB) recommendations
• Continuous improvement of every facet of the Company’s guest experiences
• Lead weekly staff calls, monthly all-hands, and annual planning meetings
• Work closely with Sales, Guest Experience, and Coaching to ensure proactive and anticipated operational requirements
• Maintain and upkeep all vehicles, bikes, and transport needs
• Coach and mentor other functions as to operational best practices
• Recommend transformation of Opps from cost to a revenue center
