The role:
The role of the Customer Success Manager is to assist in the technical aspects of any customer rollout specifically around the analysis of project requirements and development of a proposed solution. It is a flagship role and you will be the face of. You will need to work across all departments in the company combining the skillsets of engineer, product manager, trainer and account manager.
The role will be to represent the customers interests internally at and ensure that a customer is able to gain the best possible use out of our products
Deadlines are set by the customer and so a flexible approach to working hours will be needed.
The Customer Success Manager could be a Technical PM or somebody in a customer relationship role, who understands the technology and has good people skills and would be good customer facing. This will have to be somebody who knows C++ and Unreal engine or Unity 4/5. If they know C# and Rust it’s a bonus, but not required. Perhaps somebody with a aspirations of technical and sales. This role could also be a Developer and who wants to convert to the sales side of business.
It’s going to need to be someone from an augmented reality, virtual reality, video game type software company.
